新时代学术期刊引领学术文化发展的实践向度——一种思想政治教育文化分析视角

摘　　要：作为期刊媒体中的重要组成部分,学术期刊具有独特的历史属性和角色定位,兼具文化性与学术性的二重属性,承载学术交流和文化传播的重要职能与时代使命,以无形的力量引领学术文化发展。审视新时代学术期刊引领学术文化发展的实践向度,学术引领、价值引领、文化引领是学术期刊引领学术文化发展的价值结构要素;市场化、“微时代”、全球化是学术期刊引领学术文化发展所面临的现实境遇;优化学术文化环境、推进学术成果传播、提升学术话语影响,是学术期刊引领学术文化发展的路径选择。As an important part of periodic media,academic journals have unique historical attributesand role positioning,with both cultural and academic features.Carrying the important functions and missions of academic exchange and cultural communication,they lead the development of academic culture with invisible power.Examining the practical dimension of academic journals leading the development of academic culture in the new era,the essay proposes three major points:(1)academic guidance,value guidance and cultural guidance constitute the essential elements of journals'values;(2)marketization,“micro era”and globalization are the realistic situation encountered by academic journals;(3)optimizing the academic and cultural environment,promoting the dissemination of academic achievements and enhancing the influence of academic discourse are the choices for academic journals to lead the development of academic culture.
