机器人腹腔镜阴道恶性黑色素瘤根治术一例

摘　　要：目的探讨阴道恶性黑色素瘤患者行机器人腹腔镜根治术的安全性和可行性。方法回顾性分析2020年9月济宁医学院附属医院妇科1例阴道恶性黑色素瘤患者的临床资料。结果患者顺利完成手术,术后经过免疫治疗联合化学药物治疗,患者术后总生存期仅9.5个月。结论阴道恶性黑色素瘤患者进行机器人腹腔镜根治术具有一定的安全性和可行性,但是由于阴道恶性黑色素瘤为高度恶性肿瘤,患者5年生存率较低。标准的治疗方案有待进一步探索。Objective To explore the safety and feasibility of robotic laparoscopic radical surgery for vaginal malignant melanoma.Methods A retrospectively analysis of the clinical information of a patient with vaginal malignant melanoma in the Department of Gynecology of the Affiliated Hospital of Jining Medical College in Sep.2020.Results The patient successfully completed the operation and underwent the combined treatment of immunotherapy and chemotherapy.However,the survival time was only 9.5 months.Conclusions Da Vinci robotic laparoscopic radical surgery for vaginal malignant melanoma is safe and feasible.The five-year survival rate is low because vaginal malignant melanoma is a kind of highly malignant tumor.The standard treatment plan needs to be further explored.
