摘　　要：临床男性疾病如精浊、阴汗、阳痿、男性不育症等具有病程长、病情复杂、易反复的特点,多与湿邪困阻、阳气受遏有关。采用淡渗利湿法往往可收到较好的疗效。文章通过多个临床医案,分析总结了淡渗利湿法在男科应用的经验。治湿过程中需要注意:辨明虚实,有的放矢;顾护脾胃;治法灵活应变,随机应对;注意日常调摄。Andrological disease had long course and complexityand relapsed requently,such as prostatitis、Pudendal sweating、sexual impotence and infertility.Most of them are related to dampness and Yang Qi.It's effective treating andrological disease by the methods of inducing diuresis with bland drug.This paper analyzes and summarizes the application experience of inducing diuresis with bland drug in andrologythrough multiple clinical medical records.The use of the methods of inducing diuresis with bland drug should pay attention to the following points:you should distinguish reality and invention explicitly;protecting spleen and stomach;treating the disease flexibly;form a good habit of daily.
