摘  要:为探索不同物料基质对亮斑扁角水虻冷藏预蛹化蛹和羽化的影响。将同一地理品系的水虻放入3种物料基质中,对其蛹化率和化蛹进度进行测定。将鲁、桂两个地理品系的水虻幼虫分别用不同的饲料喂养,生成的预蛹分别放入装有刨花粉、蛭石和双层滤纸三种物料基质的育虫盒中,对其水虻预蛹的羽化率和羽化进度进行测定。结果表明,当基质为刨花粉时,有利于冷藏预蛹化蛹,同时干燥的基质则能加速预蛹的化蛹。预蛹在不同基质中的总羽化率存有差异,刨花粉的成蛹羽化率高达96.75%,其次是蛭石(93.5%)、滤纸(89.50%)。综观3种基质物料对预蛹羽化的影响,刨花粉可明显延迟其羽化进度和提高总羽化率。这一研究结果有助于水虻种源保存与水虻群体繁育技术的优化。To explore the response of prepupa with cold storage in the different material substrates for the pupation and eclosion.Theprepupa put into three different material and explore the influence of different substrate materials on the pupation and pupation progress of the Hermetia illucens L.The full prepupa was placed in three material matrices,and measured the emergence rate and emergence progress of the prepupa.The result showed the particle powder was beneficial to promote the prepupaization and the dry substrates could speed up the pupation.Different substrate treatments had a significant effect on the total emergence rate of prepupa of Hermetiaillucens L.The emergence rate of pupae of shavings powder was the highest(96.75%),followed by vermiculite(93.5%)and filter paper(89.50%).In conclusion,comparing the three different substrate materials,the shavings powder could delay the emergence progress and enhance the total emergence rate.The results of the study were helpful to further optimize the provenance preservation technology and the breeding technology of Hermetia illucens L.
