摘 要:为在食用菌菌渣资源可循环利用过程中有效检测及监测菌渣中的农药残留,本研究采用单因素试验,优化了食用菌菌渣前处理的超声时间、静置时间及氮吹时间,建立了菌渣中乙烯菌核利、三唑酮、腐霉利、异菌脲、甲氰菊酯、高效氯氟氰菊酯、氟氯氰菊酯、氟氰戊菊酯、氟氨氰菊酯9种农药多残留量测定方法。结果表明,单因素试验确定前处理最佳提取条件为超声10 min、静置20 min、氮吹29 min,此方法确定乙烯菌核利、三唑酮、腐霉利、异菌脲、甲氰菊酯、高效氯氟氰菊酯、氟氯氰菊酯、氟氰戊菊酯、氟氨氰菊酯9种农药组分检出限分别为0.140,0.069,0.048,0.417,0.085,0.732,0.133,0.055,0.349μg·kg^(-1);经低、中、高多次方法验证样品中9种农药的平均加标回收率范围控制在76.5%~112.2%,相对标准偏差范围是1.60%~11.9%,符合检测要求,具备检测菌渣未知样能力;在对菌渣9种农药残留进行检测,其中未检出4种,检出5种,且该5种检出农药残留的含量均小于限定值。综上,该方法具有前处理简便、操作可控性高、仪器设备需求小、灵敏度高、检测准确且安全等特点,可用于食用菌菌渣农药多残留检测。In order to effectively detect and monitor pesticide residues in the recycling of edible fungus residue resources,the experiment was conducted with single factor test,the ultrasonic time,resting time and nitrogen blowing time were optimized,and the method for determination of 9 pesticide residues in edible fungus slag including vinclozolin,triazolone,procymidone,iprodione,fenpropathrin,lambda-cyhalothrin,cyfluthrin,flucythrinate,fluvalinate were established.The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions determined before the univariate test were ultrasound for 10 min,resting for 20 min,and nitrogen blowing for 29 min.The above method determined the detection limit of nine pesticide components including vinclozolin,triazolone,procymidone,iprodione,fenpropathrin,lambda-cyhalothrin,cyfluthrin,flucythrinate,fluvalinate were 0.140,0.069,0.048,0.417,0.085,0.732,0.133,0.055,0.349μg·kg^(-1),respectively.The average standard recovery range of 9 pesticides in the samples verified by low,medium and high multiple methods was 76.5%-112.2%,the relative standard deviation was 1.60%-11.9%,which could meet with the testing requirements,indicating that the method could be used for the detect unknown samples of bacterial slag.In edible fungus slag five pesticide residues were detected but the otherfour species were not detected,and all the content of the detected pesticide residues were less than the limited value.Comprehensively,the method has the characteristics of simple preprocessing,high operation control,small equipment demand,high sensitivity,accurate detection,and safety,which could be used for the detection of pesticide residues in edible fungus residue.
