摘 要:充足的液压流量是飞控系统正常工作的基础条件。为在系统设计早期对需用液压流量进行准确计算,设计了一种基于模型跟踪的舵面需用偏转速率计算方法,解决了在飞机总体设计初期、控制律尚未设计时如何准确获得舵面偏转速率需求的问题,在此基础上结合不同飞行场景可对液压流量需求进行较为精确的预计。进一步考虑液压可用流量有限的现实约束,针对流量不足导致作动器低压和操纵失控的危险状态,提出了一种基于驾驶员意图识别的可用流量动态分配思想和算法,通过降低液压系统故障状态或飞行员极端操纵条件下的峰值流量需求,既避免了液压流量过设计,又保证了有限流量情况下尽可能实现飞行员操纵意图。Sufficient hydraulic flow is the basic condition for the normal operation of the flight control system.In order to accurately calculate the required hydraulic flow in the early stage of the system design,a model-based tracking method for calculating the required deflection rate of the rudder surface is designed,which solves how to accurately obtain the rudder surface deflection at the initial stage of the overall design of the aircraft and when the control law has not been designed.Based on the problem of speed demand,combining different flight scenarios can make a more accurate prediction of hydraulic flow demand.Further,considering the realistic constraints of limited hydraulic flow,and aiming at the dangerous state of low pressure of the actuator and loss of control due to insufficient flow,an idea and algorithm of dynamic allocation of available flow based on driver’s intention recognition is proposed,which reduces the failure state of the hydraulic system,or the peak flow demand of the pilot under extreme control conditions.It not only avoids the hydraulic flow over-design,but also ensures the maximum possible realization of the pilot’s control intention under the condition of limited flow.
