摘 要:以试验机作为机械加载系统,采用石英灯辐射加热作为热载荷施加系统,进行了热环境下加筋壁板压缩稳定性试验加载技术研究,重点解决了加筋壁板端部加载夹具设计及热环境下加热器设计及加热等关键问题。力加载系统中设计了一套端部支持系数为常数的铰支形式加载夹具配合试验机对加筋壁板进行加载;热加载系统采用石英灯辐射加热的形式,设计了一种非水冷形式的平板加筋框架加热器,并采取措施提高了加筋壁板的加热均匀性。最后,应用此项加载技术开展了热环境下的加筋壁板压缩稳定性试验,验证了加载技术的可行性与有效性,为高温环境下的加筋壁板结构设计研究提供了支撑。The loading technology of compression stability test for stiffened panel in thermal environment is studied in this paper,which mainly consists of the testing machine as the mechanical loading system and the quartz radiation heating as the thermal loading system.It solves especially the key problems such as the structural design of the loading clamp for the end of stiffened panel and the heater for simulating the high temperature environment.A hinged form of loading clamp is designed to apply mechanical load in conjunction with the testing machine,where the end support factor for this loading clamp is one constant.A non-water cooling type of stiffened frame-structured heater is designed to apply thermal load by the radiant heating of quartz lamp,and some measures are taken to improve the heating uniformity for the stiffened panel.Lastly,a series of compression stability tests for stiffened panel in thermal environment were conducted,which verifies the feasibility and validity of this loading technology,it will provide technical support for the structural design of stiffened panel in the high temperature environment.
