摘 要:人体解剖生理学作为一门研究人体正常形态结构及功能活动规律的学科,既是药学专业的专业必修课,也是该专业学生学习其他专业课程、理解药物作用机制的重要基础。本文针对该课程的教学现状及存在的问题,通过重构课程目标和多元化考评体系、建设多元化课程资源、运用多元化教学模式和完善师资培养,积极开展并实施了以学习成果和能力产出为导向、以突出医学生理药理有机融合为特点的混合式教学改革,以期提升学生综合能力素质和解决专业相关问题的基本科学思维能力,为培养创新型药学专业人才、实现国家新时代高等教育改革发展目标发挥引领示范作用。Human anatomy and physiology is a science of studying normal morphology and anatomical structure of human body,normal functional activities and the activity rule of different systems in human body,which serves both as a required professional course of pharmaceutical specialty and the basis of learning other professional courses and understanding the mechanisms of drug action and therapy for the students of pharmacy.Given current situation and existing problems in teaching of human anatomy and physiology,we developed and implemented the reform in blended teaching and learning by reconstructing course objectives and diversified assessment and evaluation system,by utilizing diversified course resources and teaching mode and by improving teacher training,in order to enhance comprehensive ability and quality and basic scientific thought of solving problems related to pharmaceutical specialty.The curriculum reform is characterized by learning outcome-based education,and organic integration between medical physiology and pharmacology.The implementation of the curriculum reform can play an exemplary and leading role in cultivating innovative pharmaceutical talents,and achieving the goals of the reform and development of Chinese higher education of a new era.
