多时相CTA在急性缺血性脑卒中的研究进展

摘　　要：多时相CT血管成像(mCTA)是一种具有时间分辨力的脑血管成像技术,可以获得动脉期、静脉期和静脉晚期3个时相的影像,能够对急性缺血性脑卒中(AIS)进行评估,且优于传统单时相CTA(sCTA)和CT灌注成像(CTP)。mCTA能够检测AIS病人颅内血管的闭塞,评估侧支循环状态及病人预后,评估血栓长度、血栓渗透性、血管壁通透性等。就mCTA在AIS中的研究进展作一综述。Multiphase CT angiography(mCTA),a time-resolution cerebrovascular imaging technique,can obtain three phases images:arterial phase,venous phase,and late venous phase.The mCTA offers several advantages over the traditional single-phase CTA(sCTA)and CT perfusion(CTP)in patients with acute ischemic stroke(AIS).mCTA could detect intracranial vascular occlusion,evaluate collateral circulation status,and estimate prognosis,assess thrombus length and perviousness,and detect vascular wall permeability,etc.We reviewed the progress of mCTA in AIS.
