摘 要:为了研究沉水植物-滤食动物联合抑制蓝藻的效果,模拟真实环境,筛选了太湖流域水环境修复常用的1种沉水植物和2种滤食动物。结果表明,密刺苦草、三角帆蚌、鲢鱼以及沉水植物-滤食动物的不同组合,均能一定程上抑制蓝藻的生长。其对蓝藻抑制率依次为密刺苦草+鲢鱼+三角帆蚌(90.99%)>密刺苦草+鲢鱼(75.79%)>密刺苦草+三角帆蚌(74.80%)>密刺苦草(52.97%)>鲢鱼(49.81%)>三角帆蚌(47.92%)。密刺苦草+鲢鱼+三角帆蚌对蓝藻的抑制效果最为明显且稳定,且其种植和投放均较简单,工程应用上可以优先考虑。In order to study the combined inhibitive effect of submerged plant-filter feeder on Cyanobacteria growth under natural conditions, the true environment was simulated to screen one submerged plant and two kinds of filter feeders of common water environment restoration methods in Taihu lake basin. The results showed that all processing group such as Vallisneria denseserrulata, Vallisneria denseserrulata, Hypophthalmichthys molitrix and their combination both could inhibit the growth of Cyanobacteria to a certain extent. The Cyanobacteria inhibition rate from big to small was Vallisneria denseserrulata-Hypophthalmichthys molitrix-V allisneria denseserrulata(90.99%), V allisneria denseserrulata-Hypophthalmichthys molitrix(75.79%), Vallisneria denseserrulata-Vallisneria denseserrulata(74.80%), Vallisneria denseserrulata(52.97%), Hypophthalmichthys molitrix(49.81%), Vallisneria denseserrulata(47.92%). The inhibition effect of Vallisneria denseserrulata-Hypophthalmichthys molitrix-Vallisneria denseserrulata combination was the most obvious and stable, and its planting and placement were relatively simple, which can be given priority in engineering applications.
