国外数字经济商业模式创新:热点挖掘与未来展望——基于WOS(2011—2020年)的文献计量分析

摘　　要：随着互联网技术的发展,数字经济商业模式逐渐突破了传统产业的限制,呈现出开放性创新特征。运用文献计量中的关键词共现分析、聚类分析和社会网络分析等方法,研究了2011—2020这10年间WOS知识数据库中,有关数字经济商业模式创新领域文献题录数据,对该领域的研究热点和主题领域进行了挖掘和分析,并对未来研究方向进行了一定程度地展望。发现该研究领域中的热点关键词包括“大数据”、“共享经济”、“开放创新”、“机器学习”、“创业精神”、“物联网”、“供应链”、“区块链”、“数字平台”、“数字化转型”和“循环经济”等;研究主题聚焦于面向共享经济的商业模式创新及其案例研究、基于供应链和价值创造的商业模式创新研究和基于社交媒体和开放式创新的商业模式创新研究等3个主要研究领域。结果表明各领域的研究热点在向知识资源深度挖掘方向转移,利用大数据、云计算等技术来实现数字经济商业模式创新。With the development of Internet technology,the business model of digital economy has gradually broken through the limitations of traditional industries,showing the characteristics of open innovation.Using the methods of keyword co-occurrence analysis,cluster analysis and social network analysis in literature metrology,this paper studies the bibliographic data in the field of digital economy business model innovation in WOS knowledge database from 2011 to 2020,excavates and analyzes the research hotspots and subject areas in this field,and looks forward to the future research direction to a certain extent.It is found that the hot keywords in this research field include“big data”,“sharing economy”,“open innovation”,“machine learning”,“entrepreneurship”,“Internet of Things”,“supply chain”,“block chain”,“Digital Platform”,“Digital Transformation”and“Circular Economy”,etc.;The research topics focus on three main research fields:business model innovation and case study for sharing economy,business model innovation research based on supply chain and value creation,and business model innovation research based on social media and open innovation.The results show that the research hotspots in various fields are shifting to the direction of deep mining of knowledge resources,and using big data,cloud computing,data mining and other technologies to achieve digital economy business model innovation.
