口腔溃疡含片与口腔溃疡散治疗Ⅲ期复发性阿弗他溃疡疗效对比

摘　　要：目的对比分析口腔溃疡含片与口腔溃疡散治疗Ⅲ期复发性阿弗他溃疡的临床效果。方法选取2019年6月至2020年7月沈阳七三九医院收治的200例Ⅲ期复发性阿弗他溃疡患者作为研究对象,并按照随机数表法将其随机分为含片组与散剂组,每组100例,含片组患者采用口腔溃疡含片治疗,散剂组患者采用口腔溃疡散治疗,对比两组患者临床疗效、溃疡创面愈合时间以及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗7 d后,含片组患者中显效83例、有效15例、无效2例,明显优于散剂组患者的显效70例、有效17例、无效13例(Z=-2.412,P=0.016);含片组患者溃疡创面愈合时间为(5.25±1.39)d,明显短于散剂组患者的溃疡创面愈合时间(10.88±2.02)d(t=22.960,P<0.001);治疗期间,含片组患者不良反应发生率为3.0%,与散剂组患者不良反应发生率2.0%无明显差异(χ^(2)=0.205,P=0.651)。结论与口腔溃疡散相比,口腔溃疡含片可明显提高Ⅲ期复发性阿弗他溃疡患者的临床疗效,缩短溃疡创面愈合时间,临床应用价值更高。Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of oral ulcer buccal tablet and oral ulcer powder in the treatment of stageⅢrecurrent aphthous ulcer.Methods 200 patients with stageⅢrecurrent aphthous ulcers,admitted to Shenyang 739th Hospital from June 2019 to July 2020,were enrolled as research subjects and divided,using random num⁃ber table,into buccal tablet group(n=100)treated with oral ulcer buccal tablets,and powder group(n=100)treated with oral ulcer powder.The clinical efficacy,healing time of ulcer wounds and occurrence of adverse reactions were com⁃pared between the two groups.Results After 7 days of treatment,the treatment was markedly effective in 83 cases,effec⁃tive in 15 cases,and ineffective in 2 cases in buccal tablet group,much better than powder group(Z=-2.412,P=0.016)in which the treatment was markedly effective in 70 cases,effective in 17 cases,and ineffective in 13 cases.The healing time of ulcer wounds in buccal tablet group was(5.25±1.39)days,much shorter than(10.88±2.02)days in powder group(t=22.960,P<0.001).During the course of treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions in buccal tablet group was 3.0%,which showed no significant difference as compared with 2.0%in powder group(χ^(2)=0.205,P=0.651).Conclusion Compared with oral ulcer powder,oral ulcer buccal tablet is better in improving the therapeutic effects of patients with stageⅢrecurrent aphthous ulcers and shortening the healing time of ulcer wounds,presenting a much high value of clinical application.
