摘　　要：随着社会分工进一步细化,代加工已成为全行业发展的普遍趋势,但代加工业务在生产管理和会计核算上均有别于传统的生产制造业务。本文从受托企业视角梳理管理流程,通过用友U8V12.5来实现代加工(即受托加工)业务从生产链、供应链和财务链等全程管控,解决受托企业的管理痛点。With the refinement of the social division of labor, original equipment manufacturer(OEM) has become the trend of the whole industry, but the OEM business is different from the traditional manufacturing business in production management and accounting. Based on the perspectives of entrusted enterprises and management process, this paper uses UFIDA U8 V12.5 to realize the process control and information-based processing of the entrusted processing business from production chain, supply chain and financial chain through UFIDA U8 V12.5, so as to solve the management pain points of entrusted enterprises.
