比较龋齿治疗中应用伢典微创去腐技术与常规手术的效果

摘　　要：目的比较龋齿治疗中应用伢典微创去腐技术与常规手术的效果。方法 62例龋齿患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组及观察组,各31例。对照组实施常规手术治疗,观察组实施伢典微创去腐技术治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果、手术时间、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、简化的舒适状况量表(GCQ)评分、并发症发生率。结果治疗后,观察组的成功率96.77%高于对照组的70.97%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的手术时间(12.72±2.36)min短于对照组的(21.10±4.89)min, VAS评分(2.73±0.22)分低于对照组的(4.25±1.39)分, GCQ评分(81.36±6.27)分高于对照组的(73.28±5.19)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的并发症发生率3.23%低于对照组的29.03%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论龋齿治疗中应用伢典微创去腐技术具有良好效果,可有效降低并发症发生率,提高预后。Objective To compare the effect of Carisolv minimally invasive technique and conventional surgery in the treatment of dental caries. Methods A total of 62 patients with dental caries were divided into control group and observation group by random numerical table, with 31 cases in each group. The control group received conventional surgical treatment, and the observation group received Carisolv minimally invasive treatment. Both groups were compared in terms of therapeutic effect, operation time, visual analogue scale(VAS)score, general comfort questionnaire(GCQ) score, and complication rates. Results After treatment, the success rate 96.77% of the observation group was higher than 70.97% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The operation time(12.72±2.36) min of the observation group was shorter than(21.10±4.89) min of the control group, the VAS score(2.73±0.22) points was lower than(4.25±1.39) points of the control group, and the GCQ score was(81.36±6.27) points was higher than(73.28±5.19) points of the control group. All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The complication rate 3.23% of the observation group was lower than 29.03% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Carisolv minimally invasive technique has good effect on the patients, and can effectively reduce the complication rates and improve the prognosis.
