尿激酶静脉溶栓治疗急性缺血性脑卒中的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨尿激酶静脉溶栓治疗急性缺血性脑卒中患者的临床效果。方法 89例急性缺血性脑卒中患者,依据治疗方式不同分为对照组(45例)和观察组(44例)。对照组给予传统治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用尿激酶治疗。比较两组治疗前后的美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分及临床疗效。结果治疗后,两组NIHSS评分均较本组治疗前降低且,观察组NIHSS评分(5.6±2.5)分低于对照组的(13.5±2.1)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为90.91%,高于对照组的73.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论尿激酶静脉溶栓治疗急性缺血性脑卒中患者,可以降低NIHSS评分,提高了临床疗效,值得临床推广应用。Objective To discuss the clinical effect of intravenous thrombolytic therapy with urokinase in patients with acute ischemic stroke. Methods A total of 89 patients with acute ischemic stroke were divided into control group(45 cases) and observation group(44 cases) according to different treatment methods. The control group was treated with traditional therapy, and the observation group was treated with urokinase on the basis of the control group. The National Institutes of Health stroke scale(NIHSS) score before and after treatment and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the NIHSS score of the two groups were lower than those of this group before treatment;the NIHSS score(5.6±2.5) points of the observation group was lower than(13.5±2.1) points of the control group;all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 90.91%, which was higher than 73.3% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Intravenous thrombolytic therapy with urokinase for patients with acute ischemic stroke can reduce the NIHSS score and improve the clinical efficacy. It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
