复方曲安奈德联合金因肽治疗糜烂溃疡性口腔黏膜病的效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析复方曲安奈德联合重组人表皮生长因子外用溶液(Ⅰ)(商品名:金因肽)治疗糜烂溃疡性口腔黏膜病的临床效果。方法 72例糜烂溃疡性口腔黏膜病患者,随机分成常规组(35例)和联合组(37例)。常规组给予乳酸依沙吖啶治疗,联合组给予复方曲安奈德联合金因肽治疗。对比两组患者溃疡修复时间、用药1周后疼痛情况、对药物治疗的满意度及复发情况。结果联合组溃疡修复时间(3.50±0.47)d短于常规组的(5.39±0.64)d,用药1周后疼痛评分(2.16±0.31)分低于常规组的(3.40±0.55)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组对药物治疗的满意度为97.30%,高于常规组的77.14%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组复发率为2.70%(1/37),低于常规组的17.14%(6/35),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复方曲安奈德联合金因肽治疗糜烂溃疡性口腔黏膜病,可有效加速患者溃疡灶的修复,减轻其疼痛,并抑制口腔内溃疡灶的复发,值得临床普及。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of compound triamcinolone acetonide and recombinant human epidermal growth factor derivative for external use(trade name: Jinyin peptide) on the treatment of erosive ulcer oral mucosal disease. Methods A total of 72 patients with erosive ulcer oral mucosal disease were randomly divided into conventional group(35 cases) and combination group(37 cases). The conventional group was treated with ethacridine lactate, and the combination group was treated with compound triamcinolone acetonide and Jinyin peptide. The ulcer repair time, pain after 1 week of medication, satisfaction with medication, and recurrence of the two groups were compared. Results The ulcer repair time(3.50±0.47) d in the combination group was shorter than(5.39±0.64) d in the conventional group, and the pain score after 1 week of medication(2.16±0.31) points was lower than(3.40±0.55) points in the conventional group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The satisfaction with medication of the combination group was 97.30%, which was higher than 77.14% of the conventional group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The recurrence rate of the combination group was 2.70%(1/37), which was lower than 17.14%(6/35) of the conventional group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The compound triamcinolone acetonide and Jinyin peptide in the treatment of erosive ulcer oral mucosal disease can accelerate the repair of ulcer foci in patients, reduce their pain, and inhibit the recurrence of oral ulcer foci. It is worthy of clinical popularization.
