摘  要:文章从个人和环境因素两个方面构建了国际化物流与供应链人才胜任力的影响因素模型。通过问卷调查和专家访谈,借助解释结构模型确定了各个影响因素之间的相互关系,并运用交叉影响矩阵相乘分析法识别出了各因素的驱动性和依赖性。研究结果表明,物流与供应链知识、商业知识/技能、人员管理技能、流程管理技巧、行为技巧和决策能力为影响国际物流与供应链人才的直接因素;数字与信息化能力为间接影响因素;自我概念、个人特质和动机为关键因素;合作人才培养模式创新为基础因素;国家政策为根源因素;其中,数字与信息化能力、个人内隐因素和环境因素对系统中其他因素驱动力较强,是需要重点管理和干预的对象。因此,建议完善国家政策,拓展高校、企业、行业协会和国际合作人才培养创新模式。在人才培养的过程中需要注重个人内在素质培养,构建人才综合能力培养新体系,重视理论与实践相结合,在精神和物质上给予激励;个人应当重视各项能力均衡发展。This paper constructs the influencing factor model of international logistics and supply chain talent competency from the aspects of personal and environmental factors.Through questionnaire survey and expert interview,this paper determined the interrelationship among the influencing factors using interpretive structure modeling(ISM)methodology and identified the driving force and dependence of each factor with cross-impact matrix multiplication applied to classification(MICMAC)methodology.The results showed that logistics and supply chain knowledge,business knowledge/skills,people management skills,process management skills,behavioral skills and decision-making skills are the direct factors;digital skills are the indirect factors;self-concept,personal traits and motivation are the key factors;innovation of cooperative talent training mode as the basic factor;national policy is the fundamental factor.Among them,digital skills,individual implicit factors and environmental factors have strong driving forces on other factors in the system,so they are the focused objects that need to be managed.Therefore,it is suggested that the national policies should be improved,and the innovation mode of talent training in universities,enterprises and councils should be expanded.In the process of talent training,all parties are supposed to do the following:pay attention to the cultivation of individual internal quality;construct a new system of talent comprehensive ability training;attach great importance to the combination of theory and practice and give talents incentives in spirit and material.Individuals should balance the development of various abilities.
