摘　　要：前列腺癌是男性泌尿生殖系统最常见的恶性肿瘤,尤其是高危前列腺癌,其侵袭性强,复发和转移风险较高。新辅助治疗对提高高危前列腺癌患者根治性前列腺切除术治疗效果具有积极的作用。本文就高危前列腺癌以及根治性前列腺切除术新辅助治疗的一些热点问题进行综述和探讨。Prostate cancer is the most common malignancy of male genitourinary system,with a high risk of invasion,recurrence and metastasis in its high risk subtype.Neoadjuvant therapy would provide improvement in therapy after radical prostatectomy for high risk prostate cancers.This review would discuss several hot issues of neoadjuvant therapy and radical prostatectomy for high risk prostate cancer.
