摘　　要：目的分析基于风险质控联合绩效考核在内科管理中的应用价值。方法2019年3月—2021年3月,选择60名内科工作人员分为两组,研究组(n=30),基于风险质控联合绩效考核,对照组(n=30)实施风险管理,比较两组不良事件发生率,患者满意度,工作质量,工作成绩,患者配合度。结果与对照组相比,研究组患者满意度高,不良事件发生率较低,患者配合度高,工作质量评分高,工作成绩好,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于风险质控联合绩效考核在内科管理中效果显著,可降低纠纷、投诉、差错等不良事件发生率,提高患者配合度,提高工作质量和工作成绩,有效提高患者满意度,对改善医患关系具有应用价值。Objective Analyze the application value of joint performance appraisal based on risk quality control in internal medicine management.Methods From March 2019 to March 2021,60 internal medicine staff were selected and divided into two groups.The research group(n=30),based on the joint performance appraisal of risk and quality control,the control group(n=30)implementdd risk management.The incidence of adverse events,patient satisfaction,work quality,work performance,and patient cooperation were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the patients in the study group were higher degree of satisfaction,the incidence of adverse events was less,the patient’s degree of cooperation was higher,the quality score of work was higher,and the work performance was better,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The joint performance assessment based on risk and quality control has significant effects in internal medicine management,which can reduce the incidence of adverse events such as disputes,complaints,and errors,improve patient cooperation,and improve work quality and performance,effectively improve patient satisfaction and have application value for improving the doctor-patient relationship.
