医学影像技术专业MRI检查技术实习带教方法的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探究医学影像技术专业MRI检查技术实习带教方法的应用效果。方法选取2019年1月—2020年1月来该院实习的60名医学影像技术专业学生为研究对象,2019年1—6月未实施MRI检查技术实习带教,作为A组(30名),2019年7月—2020年1月采用MRI检查技术实习带教,作为B组(30名),对比实习生在实习带教前后的各项成绩变化,同时比较两组学生的满意率。结果B组实习生的阅片分析能力(83.59±12.36)分、设备操作能力(85.93±11.58)分和专业知识水平(89.22±3.57)分成绩高于A组实习生的(75.46±14.17)分、(76.01±14.52)分、(77.34±5.64)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且B组实习生的护理满意率是96.67%,远远大于A的80.00%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在医学影像技术专业实习生带教中引入MRI检查技术,可以提升学生的理论知识储备量,锻炼实习生的实操能力,应用价值显著,可以加大推广的力度。Objective To explore the application effects of MRI examination technique practice teaching methods for medical imaging technology majors.Methods 60 medical imaging technology students who came to the hospital for internship from January 2019 to January 2020 were the research objects.From January to June 2019,no MRI examination technical practice teaching was implemented,as group A(30 people).From July 2019 to January 2020,the method of MRI examination technology practice teaching was adopted as group B(30 people).Compared the changes in the performance of the interns before and after the internship,and compared the satisfaction rates of the two groups of students.Results Group B interns had scores of reading analysis ability(83.59±12.36)points,equipment operation ability(85.93±11.58)points and professional knowledge level(89.22±3.57)points,higher than the interns in group A(75.46±14.17)points,(76.01±14.52)points,(77.34±5.64)points,the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).In addition,the nursing satisfaction rate of interns in group B was 96.67%,which was much higher than 80.00%of group A,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The introduction of MRI examination technology into the teaching of medical imaging technology interns can increase the students'theoretical knowledge reserves and exercise the practical skills of the interns.The application value is significant and the promotion can be increased.
