公共卫生管理改革背景下中医住院医师规范化培训的改革与实践

摘　　要：该文以中医住院医师规范化培训作为研究对象,探讨公共卫生管理改革对相应规培工作的主要影响,针对在这一改革背景下出现的住院医师学习状态下滑、学习和训练时间紧张、教学实施与质量管理难度大等问题,从适应新环境、提高教学质量的角度出发,提出加强人文关怀、创新教学模式、优化临床培训流程与管理标准等建议,以期为各中医院住院医师规范化培训工作发展提供一定参考。The article takes the standardized training of Chinese medicine resident doctors as the research object,and discusses the main influence of public health management reform on the corresponding regulation and training work.In response to the declining learning status of residents under this reform,the shortage of learning and training time,the difficulty of teaching implementation and quality management and other issues,from the perspective of adapting to the new environment and improving the quality of teaching,suggestions on strengthening humanistic care,innovating teaching models,optimizing clinical training procedures and management standards,etc.,are expected to provide a reference for the development of standardized training for resident physicians in hospitals of traditional Chinese medicine.
