摘  要:目的分析模拟操作教学模式在肛肠科临床实习带教中的教学效果。方法选择2020年1月—2021年1月于该院肛肠科进行实习的临床医师70名进行调查。将70名实习医师按照抛硬币的方式分成两组。参照组实习医师采用传统教学模式进行临床实习带教,研究组实习医师采用模拟操作教学模式进行临床实习带教。对比两组肛肠科实习医师带教后的专业成绩、临床工作能力、带教满意度和患者满意度。结果在对肛肠科的实习医师进行临床实习带教后,研究组实习医师的专业成绩较参照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组实习医师的临床工作能力较参照组好,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组实习医师的带教满意度较参照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组实习医师的患者满意度较参照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对肛肠科的实习医师进行临床实习带教时,采用模拟操作教学模式进行带教能够丰富实习医师的理论知识,锻炼其动手操作能力,提升临床工作能力,提高带教满意度,增强患者满意度,建议在肛肠科临床实习带教时使用。Objective To analyze the teaching effect of simulated operation teaching mode in clinical practice teaching in anorectal department.Methods 70 clinicians who were internships in the anorectal department of the hospital were selected for investigation from January 2020 to January 2021.70 interns divided into two groups by flipping a coin.The interns in the reference group used the traditional teaching mode to teach in clinical practice,and the interns in the study group used the simulated operation teaching mode to teach in clinical practice.The professional performance,clinical work ability,teaching satisfaction and patient satisfaction of the two groups of anorectal interns were compared.Results After conducting clinical internship teaching for interns in the anorectal department,the professional scores of interns in the study group were higher than those in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The clinical work ability of the interns in the study group was better than that of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction of interns in the study group was higher than that in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The patient satisfaction of interns in the study group was higher than that in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion When conducting clinical practice teaching for interns in the anorectal department,the use of simulated operation teaching mode for teaching can enrich the theoretical knowledge of interns and exercise their hands-on skills,which can improve clinical work ability,improve teaching satisfaction,and enhance patient satisfaction,it is recommended to use it during clinical practice teaching in the anorectal department.
