摘　　要：目的对贵州省部分地区吉兰—巴雷综合征患者血浆外周血单核细胞和脑脊液同时进行检测,分析同组病人不同标本BDV循环免疫复合物(BDV-CIC)及抗体阳性率的差异,探讨博尔纳病病毒(BDV)感染与吉兰—巴雷综合征(GBS)的相关性,方法运用新型的三联酶联免疫吸附测定(ELISA)测BDV-CIC以及抗体的方法,检测9例GBS患者及93例健康对照组血浆以及45例对照组(非炎症性神经系统疾病患者)脑脊液(CSF)中BDV-CIC及抗体。结果9例GBS组血浆中有3例BDV-CIC为阳性,阳性率为33.3%,抗体阳性率11.11%(1/9),与对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。9例GBS组患者脑脊液中有1例BDV-CIC为阳性,阳性率为11.1%(1/9),抗体阳性率为0;与对照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论贵州省部分地区GBS患者与BDV感染发生存在相关性;血浆中BDV-CIC检测阳性率高于脑脊液。Objective To investigate the correlation between Borna disease virus(BDV)infection and GBS by simultaneous detection of plasma peripheral blood mononuclear cells and cerebrospinal fluid(CSF)in patients with GBS in some areas of Guizhou Province,and to analyze the difference of BDV circulating immune complexes(CIC)and antibody positive rate in different specimens of the same patient.Methods BDV CIC and antibody in CSF of 9 patients with GBS and 93 healthy controls and 45 controls(patients with non-inflammatory nervous system diseases)were detected by a novel triple ELISA method for detecting BDV-CIC and antibodies.Results 3 cases of BDV-CIC in GBS group were positive,the positive rate was 33.3%,the positive rate of antibody was 11.11%(1/9),there were statistical significantly differences(P<0.05).Among the 9 patients in the GBS group,1 case of BDV-CIC was positive in CSF,with a positive rate of 11.1%(1/9)and an antibody positive rate of 0,and there were no statistical significantly differences between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion There is a correlation between patients with Guillain-barre syndrome and BDV infection in some areas of Guizhou Province.The positive rate of BDV-CIC in plasma was higher than that in CSF.
