摘　　要：目的研究NF-κB、villin蛋白的表达与胃癌临床病理特征及患者预后的相关性。方法收集36例胃癌患者组织和对应的癌旁组织36例,每年对患者进行随访,采用免疫组化和蛋白印迹法检测胃癌组织和癌旁组织中NF-κB、villin蛋白的表达,将NF-κB、villin蛋白的表达与胃癌患者临床病理特征及预后情况进行相关性分析。结果NF-κB、villin蛋白在胃组织中的阳性表达率显著高于癌旁组织中的表达率(P<0.05);NF-κB、villin蛋白在胃组织中蛋白表达显著高于癌旁组织的表达(P<0.05)NF-κB的表达与肿瘤浸润深度相关,与转移情况、临床分期呈正相关(P<0.05),villin蛋白的表达与临床指标无关(P>0.05);生存分析显示NF-κB的表达与胃癌患者生存预后相关。结论NF-κB、villin蛋白的表达参与胃癌的发生发展过程,NF-κB的表达与转移情况、临床分期相关,NF-κB、villin蛋白的高表达也表明患者预后情况不良。Objective To study the relationship between the expressions of NF-κB,villin protein and clinicopathological features and prognosis of gastric cancer.Methods 36 cases of gastric cancer tissues and 36 cases of corresponding paracancerous tissues were collected and followed up every year.The expressions of NF-κB and villin proteins in gastric cancer tissues and paracancerous tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry and western blot(WB)assay.The expression of NF-κB and villin protein was correlated with clinicopathological features and prognosis of patients with gastric cancer.Results Positive expression rate of NF-κB and villin protein in gastric tissue was significantly higher than that in paracancerous tissue.(P<0.05).The expression of NF-κB and villin protein in gastric tissue was significantly higher than that in paracancerous tissue.The expression of NF-κB was correlated with the depth of tumor invasion,and was positively correlated with metastasis and clinical stage(P<0.05).The expression of villin protein was not correlated with clinical indicators(P>0.05).Survival analysis showed that the expression of NF-κB was correlated with survival prognosis in patients with gastric cancer.Conclusion The expression of NF-κB and villin protein is involved in the occurrence and development of gastric cancer.The expression of NF-κB is related to metastasis and clinical stage.The high expression of NF-κB and villin protein also indicates that the prognosis of the patients is poor.
