泻火平肝汤治疗急性脑出血的临床研究

摘　　要：目的 探讨泻火平肝汤治疗急性脑出血(ICH)的临床疗效。方法 选取2019年11月至2021年4月该院脑病科收治的24h内发病的ICH患者61例,采用随机信封法将其分为对照组(30例)和治疗组(31例)。对照组给予西医常规综合治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上联合泻火平肝汤治疗,比较2组C-反应蛋白(CRP)水平、改良Rankin量表(MRS)评分及不良反应发生情况。结果 治疗后,2组CRP水平明显低于治疗前,且治疗组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组MRS评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 泻火平肝汤结合西医常规方法治疗急性ICH,具有较好疗效,能显著降低CRP等炎性因子水平,改善患者预后。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Xiehuo Pinggan decoction in the treatment of acute intracerebral hemorrhage(ICH).Methods 61 patients with ICH within 24 hours from November 2019 to April 2021 were selected and randomly divided into control group(30 cases)and treatment group(31 cases).The control group was treated with routine comprehensive treatment of Western medicine,and the treatment group was treated with Xiehuo Pinggan decoction on the basis of the control group.The level of C-reactive protein(CRP),the score of modified Rankin scale(MRS)and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the level of CRP in the two groups was significantly lower than that before treatment,and the treatment group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was significant difference in MRS scores between the two groups(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Xiehuo Pinggan decoction combined with conventional Western medicine has good curative effect in the treatment of acute ICH.It can significantly reduce the levels of CRP and other inflammatory factors and improve the prognosis of patients.
