摘 要:目的 评价X射线交叉互补修复1(XRCC1)基因rs25487位点多态性与男性不育的相关性。方法 计算机检索PubMed、万方和中国知网等数据库,检索时限为建库至2021年3月31日。检索XRCC1基因rs25487位点多态性与男性不育的相关文献,提取相关数据,使用Stata11.0软件进行meta分析。结果 共纳入8篇文献,涉及2 136例男性不育患者和1 441例健康对照者。rs25487位点在共显性遗传模型(OR=0.85,95%CI:0.73~0.99)及隐性遗传模型(OR=0.86,95%CI:0.74~0.99)中与男性不育有明显相关性。对于亚洲人群,rs25487位点在纯合遗传模型中与男性不育有相关性;对于欧洲人群,rs25487位点在显性遗传模型中与男性不育有相关性。结论 XRCC1基因rs25487位点GG基因型与男性不育易感性有关,携带该基因型可降低男性不育的发生风险。Objective To evaluate the correlation between rs25487 locus polymorphism of X-ray repair cross complementing group 1 gene(XRCC1)and male infertility.Methods PubMed,Wanfang,CNKI and other databases were searched by computer,and the retrieval time limit was from the establishment of the database to March 31,2021.The literatures related to rs25487 locus polymorphism of XRCC1 gene and male infertility were searched,and the relevant data were extracted using Stata11.0 software for meta-analysis.Results 8 literatures involving 2 136 male infertile patients and 1 441 healthy controls were included.The rs25487 locus was significantly correlated with male infertility in Co-dominant genetic model(OR=0.85,95%CI:0.73-0.99)and recessive genetic model(OR=0.86,95%CI:0.74-0.99).For Asian population,rs25487 locus was correlated with male infertility in homozygous genetic model.For the European population,rs25487 locus was associated with male infertility in the dominant genetic model.Conclusion GG genotype at rs25487 locus of XRCC1 gene is related to male infertility susceptibility.Carrying this genotype can reduce the risk of male infertility.
