摘 要:在轮轨损伤计算中,为了提高轮轨滚动接触解的求解效率与精度,常采用简化的非赫兹滚动接触模型。然而,此类模型的精度及适用性仍未得到充分的验证。以我国高速铁路常见的两种标准车轮型面(LMA和S1002CN)与标准CHN60钢轨的匹配状态为例,采用三种典型的非赫兹滚动接触简化模型(KP、STRIPES和ANALYN)进行模拟,以CONTACT的结果作为参照,对比简化模型在预测具体轮轨接触斑形状、接触应力和黏滑分布等详细接触计算结果的准确性。采用统计的方法,使用UM动力学软件进行仿真输出接触参数,评估不同接触模型在实际车辆运行工况下的计算精度。计算结果表明:上述三种简化模型的计算精度在处理LMA-CHN60接触工况时最优。而S1002CN廓形存在明显的局部曲率突变,简化模型的计算精度在处理该种工况时较差。在三种模型中计算详细接触解时ANALYN模型精度最高;只计算接触参数时KP模型与ANALYN模型的结果差异不大,但KP模型的计算不依赖于局部曲率且效率更高。In the calculation of wheel-rail damage,in order to improve the efficiency and accuracy of the solution of the wheel-rail rolling contact solution,simplified non-hertz rolling contact models are often used.However,the accuracy and applicability of such models have not been fully verified.In the case of the matching state of two standard wheel profiles(LMA and S1002CN)common in China’s high-speed railways and the standard CHN60 rail,three typical non-Hertz rolling contact simplified models(KP,STRIPES and ANALYN)were used for simulation,compared with the CONTACT program.The accuracy of the simplified models in predicting the specific wheel-rail contact spot shape,rolling contact stress and creep force was compared.Statistical methods were used to simulate the contact parameters using UM dynamics software to evaluate the calculation accuracy of different contact models under actual train operating conditions.The calculation results show that the calculation accuracy of the above three simplified algorithms is optimal when dealing with LMA-CHN60 contact conditions.Because of the obvious local curvature mutation in S1002CN profile,the calculation accuracy of the simplified algorithms is poor when dealing with such contact problems.Among the three algorithms,the ANALYN model has the highest accuracy when calculating detailed contact solutions.The KP model and the ANALYN model are not much different when only calculating the contact parameters.The calculation of the KP model does not rely on local curvature and is more efficient.
