摘  要:针对普速铁路繁忙干线,测试了累计通过总质量800~1 100 Mt线路钢轨的硬度、廓形、磨耗和锈蚀深度、焊接接头平直度,调研了钢轨使用和伤损情况。结果表明:钢轨踏面中心硬化率不大于7%;打磨后钢轨实测廓形与60N标准廓形在轮轨接触区域竖向偏差不大于0.2 mm;钢轨垂直磨耗在3.0~5.7 mm,轨底角边缘厚度在8.35~14.52 mm;每公里钢轨重伤量0.2~3.4处,未超过钢轨大修所需的2~4处的上限;按周期打磨的钢轨无鱼鳞纹、波磨、擦伤、肥边等伤损;钢轨磨耗、锈蚀等伤损未达到轻伤标准,满足旧轨使用条件,厂焊焊接接头平直度基本满足标准要求。调研成果可为修订Q/CR 407—2018《铁路旧轨使用和整修技术条件》提供依据。Aiming at the busy trunk line of common speed railway,the hardness,profile,wear and corrosion depth and welded joint straightness of rail with a total mass of 800 ~ 1 100 Mt were tested,and the use and damage of rail were investigated. The results show that the hardening rate of rail tread central is not more than 7%,the vertical deviation between the measured rail profile after grinding and the 60 N standard profile in the wheel rail contact area shall not be greater than 0.2 mm. The vertical wear of rail is 3.0 ~ 5.7 mm,and the thickness of rail bottom corner edge is 8.35 ~14.52 mm. The number of serious injuries per kilometer of rail is 0.2 ~ 3.4,which does not exceed the upper limit of 2 ~4 required for rail overhaul. The rail polished periodically shall be free of fish scale,corrugation,scratch,fat edge and other damages. The rail wear,corrosion and other damages do not meet the minor injury standard,which could meet the service conditions of old rails,and the straightness of factory welded joints basically meets the standard requirements.The research results can provide a basis for revising Technical Conditions for Use and Renovation of Old Railway Tracks(Q/CR 407—2018).
