热氧老化与疲劳对弹条Ⅴ型扣件用橡胶垫板RP5刚度的影响

摘  要:为了更准确地调控弹条Ⅴ型扣件用橡胶垫板RP5刚度,通过对比老化温度、老化时间、疲劳对其静刚度及变化率、动刚度及变化率、动静刚度比及变化率的影响,找出对橡胶垫板RP5刚度影响较大的因素。结果表明:随着老化温度升高、老化时间加长,橡胶垫板RP5静刚度、动刚度均呈增大趋势,且温度越高,时间越长,变化率越大,但动静刚度比变化无规律性且变化较小;随着荷载循环次数的增加,橡胶垫板RP5静刚度、动刚度均有增大趋势,动静刚度比的变化无规律性且变化较小;老化温度和老化时间对橡胶垫板RP5的静刚度和动刚度影响明显大于疲劳作用的,三者对动静刚度比的影响均较小。In order to accurately control the stiffness of rubber pad RP5 used for elastic strip Ⅴ-type fastener,the factors that have a great impact on the stiffness of rubber pad RP5 were found out by comparing the effects of aging temperature,aging time and fatigue on its static stiffness and change rate,dynamic stiffness and change rate,dynamic static stiffness ratio and change rate. The results show that the static stiffness and dynamic stiffness of rubber pad RP5 increases with the increase of aging temperature and aging time,and the higher the temperature is,the longer the time and the greater the change rate will be,but the change of dynamic static stiffness ratio is irregular and the change is small. With the increase in number of load cycles,the static stiffness and dynamic stiffness of rubber pad RP5 increases,and the dynamic static stiffness ratio changes irregularly and slightly. The influence of aging temperature and aging time on the static and dynamic stiffness of rubber pad RP5 is significantly greater than that of fatigue action,and the three have little effect on the dynamic static stiffness ratio.
