普拉洛芬联合玻璃酸钠治疗干眼症疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨普拉洛芬联合玻璃酸钠治疗干眼症的临床效果。方法:选取肇庆市第一人民医院于2020年2月至2020年12月收治的500例干眼症患者为研究对象,根据治疗方法不同分为两组,对照组250例患者采用玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗,观察组250例患者采用玻璃酸钠联合普拉洛芬治疗,对两种患者的治疗效果进行分析和比较。结果:观察组患者的总有效率为98.0%,高于对照组的91.2%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者干眼症状评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者的干眼症状评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者泪液分泌试验滤纸润湿长度和泪膜破裂时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者泪液分泌试验滤纸润湿长度和泪膜破裂时间均明显长于治疗前,且观察组均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于干眼症患者,临床上采用普拉洛芬与玻璃酸钠联合的治疗方案可获得理想效果,既可以改善患者的干眼症状,又可以提高泪膜稳定性。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Pranoprofen combined with sodium hyaluronate in the treatment of dry eye.Methods 500 patients with dry eye who were admitted to the First People's Hospital of Zhaoqing from February 2020 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into two groups.250 patients in the control group were treated with sodium hyaluronate eye drops,250 patients in the observation group were treated with sodium hyaluronate combined with pranoprofen,and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 98.0%,which was higher than 91.2%of the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the dry eye symptom scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the dry eye symptom scores of the two groups decreased,and the scores in the observation group was lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in tear secretion test filter paper wetting length and tear film rupture time between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the tear secretion test filter paper wetting length and tear film rupture time of the two groups were significantly longer than those before treatment,and the indexes in the observation group was better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with dry eye,the combination of pranoprofen and sodium hyaluronate can achieve ideal results in clinical practice,which can not only improve the symptoms of dry eye in patients,but also improve the stability of the tear film.
