摘  要:以适用于不同车场布置类型的动车所为前提,以提升计划编制质量为目标,提出一种动车所调车作业计划编制模型。重点考虑灵活存车和列位占用问题,在统筹各项检修作业先后顺序安排、进路冲突、车场布置类型等现实情况的基础上,建立字典排序目标规划二级模型。该模型以最小化关键线区总占用时间为首要目标,以最小化总存车次数为次要目标,以动车所内的所有待开展作业为主要索引,通过决策所有作业的股道占用情况,得出所有待检修动车组的调车作业计划。依托采用纵列式二级二场布置的某动车所设计算例对模型进行验证。结果表明:第一优先级模型生成的作业计划关键线区占用总时长为5880 min,达到理论最小值;第二优先级模型在不降低这一总占用时长的前提下,减少总存车次数达37.5%,降低了调车成本。该模型能够有效压缩关键线区总占用时间和不必要的存车作业次数,达到统筹调度动车所内所有作业任务的目的。Based on the premise that it is applicable to depots with different types of yard layouts,a model for shunting operation plan at electrical multiple unit(EMU)depots is proposed with the objective of improving the planning quality.Considering the train flexible storage and position occupation,a secondary goal programming model of lexicographic sorting is established on the basis of the overall planning of the maintenance sequence,route conflict and yard layouts.The model takes minimizing the total occupation time of the critical tracks as the primary goal,minimizing the total occupation times as the secondary goal,and uses all the pending operations at EMU depot as the main index.The shunting operation plan of all EMUs to be maintained can be made by deciding the track occupation status of all operations.A longitudinal EMU depot with two-class and two-yard layout is designed as an example to verify the model.The results show that the total occupation time of the critical tracks of the operation plan generated by the first priority model is 5880 min,closing to the theoretical minimum value.The second priority model reduces the total storage times by 37.5%without reducing the total occupation time,and reduces the shunting cost.The model can effectively reduce the total occupation time of the critical tracks and unnecessary storage operation times,so as to schedule all operations coordinately at EMU depots.
