摘  要:全面解剖和原位取样是获取发动机贮存性能及其分布最直接、最可信的方式,但由于发动机药柱是火化工产品,机械切割过程存在严重安全隐患。金刚石丝超声振动锯割具有适用材料广、切削力小、切割精度高、切缝窄、切割温升低的技术特点,具备发动机全面解剖的潜在技术应用前景。在分析非金属壳体发动机燃烧室主要材料物理特性的基础上,首先开展了以红外测温温度为控制参数的4参数正交试验研究,初步确定了壳体安全切割工艺参数;然后利用埋入式微型热电偶测量固体推进剂方坯内部切割温度,校核了上述切割工艺参数;然后,通过模拟发动机燃烧室一体化锯割试验,进一步验证了方法的安全性,最后,对贮存18年后的大型发动机燃烧室实施了安全切割。结果表明,该切割方法解剖非金属壳体发动机燃烧室具有高效和安全的优点,有望应用于复合材料壳体发动机寿命研究工程实践。The dissection and in⁃situ sampling are authentic and direct methods for studying storage life of solid rocket motor(SRM)combustion chamber.As an explosive device,the chamber cutting was very dangerous.Due to the unique characteristics of wide application ranges of materials,small cutting force,high cutting precision,narrow slot and low cutting temperature rising,the ultrasonic vibration sawing of diamond wire displays a potential prospect in whole SRM dissection.Based on the analysis of the main material physical characteristics of nonmetallic case chamber,the safety saw technological parameters were firstly obtained by means of four factors orthogonal case cutting test with infrared temperature measurement,which were further checked by thermoelectric couple inner temperature monitoring in propellant block cutting.Furthermore,the safety was verified by the simulate camber integral sawing.Finally,a large SRM combustion chamber which had been stored for 18 years was cutting into fragments quickly and safely.The results show that the ultrasonic vibration sawing is a safety and efficient integrated cutting method for dissection the chamber,which demonstrates potential for the storage life investigation of SRM composite case in engineering practice.
