不同分割剂量放疗联合胎盘多肽注射在骨转移癌患者中的应用观察

摘　　要：目的观察骨转移癌患者施以不同分割剂量放疗联合胎盘多肽注射干预的治疗效果。方法选择2017年2月~2020年10月平原县第一人民医院收治的64例骨转移癌患者作为观察对象,按照随机数表法分为对照组及观察组,每组32例。观察组患者施以低剂量(2GY/次)放疗联合胎盘多肽注射治疗,对照组患者施以常规剂量(3GY/次)放疗联合胎盘多肽注射液治疗。对比两组患者疾病治疗有效率及骨疼痛改善情况。结果观察组患者疾病治疗有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者疼痛评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论骨转移癌患者施以低分割剂量放疗联合胎盘多肽注射效果显著,可提升疾病治疗有效率及疼痛改善率,具有临床应用价值。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of radiotherapy combined with placental polypeptide injection in patients with bone metastases.Methods 64 patients with bone metastases treated in the first people's Hospital of Pingyuan county from February 2017 to October 2020 were selected as the observation objects.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 32 cases in each group.The patients in the observation group were treated with low-dose(2GY/time)radiotherapy combined with placental polypeptide injection,while the patients in the control group were treated with conventional dose(3GY/time)Radiotherapy combined with placenta polypeptide injection.The effective rate of disease treatment and the improvement of bone pain were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of disease treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the pain score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of conventional fractionated dose radiotherapy combined with placental polypeptide injection in patients with bone metastases is significant,which can improve the effective rate of disease treatment and pain improvement rate,and has clinical application value.
