摘  要:建立一种同时测定2,3-二氟-5-氯吡啶和3,5-二氯-5-氟吡啶的高效液相色谱分析方法。使用乙腈和酸性水作为流动相,以ZORBAX XDB-C_(18)柱为分离柱,紫外检测器在254 nm波长下对2,3二氟-5氯吡啶和3,5二氯-5-氟吡啶进行高效液相色谱分离和定量分析。采用该分析方法,2,3-二氟-5氯吡啶和3,5-二氯-5-氟吡啶样品分离效果较好,两者线性相关系数分别为0.9996和0.9995;标准偏差分别为0.18%和0.14%;变异系数分别为0.34%和0.36%;平均回收率分别为99.78%和99.80%。该分析方法实现了2,3-二氟-5-氯吡啶和3,5-二氯-5-氟吡啶的分离,操作快捷简便,精密度和准确度高,满足两者的定量检测的分析要求。This study aimed to establish a method to detect 2,3-difulor-5-chloropyridine and 3,5-dichloro-2-fluoropyridine with one column under the same HPLC condition.The determination of 2,3-difulor-5-chloropyridine and 3,5-dichloro-2-fluoropyridine were conducted by HPLC with ZORBAX XDB-C_(18) column,UV wavelength detector,and the mobile phase of acetonitrile and acid water at a wavelength of 254 nm.The proposed method was effective and efficient for the separation and measurement of 2,3-difulor-5-chloropyridine and 3,5-dichloro-2-fluoropyridine.The linear correlation coefficients for the two target components were 0.9996 and 0.9995,and the average recoveries were 99.78%and 99.80%,with the standard deviation of 0.18%and 0.14%,and the variation coefficient of 0.34%and 0.36%.This method showed a potential for determining 2,3-difulor-5-chloropyridine and 3,5-dichloro-2-fluoropyridine due to its simple,convenient processing,high separation and accuracy.
