摘　　要：在过去30年间,腹腔镜直肠癌手术经历了初期探索阶段,临床研究循证阶段,到如今已经成为直肠癌外科治疗的主流技术。然而推动腹腔镜直肠癌外科临床诊治规范化仍然是目前我国结直肠外科的重要任务。基于现有的循证医学证据开展直肠癌诊治临床实践,制定标准化的手术技术规范,推动系统、科学、创新的培训体系和数据平台建设,是提高我国腹腔镜直肠癌诊治规范化水平的关键。In the past 30 years,laparoscopic surgery for rectal cancer has gone through the initial exploration and the evidence-based study,and has now become the mainstream technique for the surgical treatment of rectal cancer.However,promoting the standardization of laparoscopic surgery for rectal cancer is still an important task of colorectal surgery in China.Carrying out clinical practice of rectal cancer diagnosis and treatment based on the existing evidence-based medical evidence,formulating standardized surgical technical specifications,and promoting the construction of a systematic,scientific and innovative training system and data platform are the key to improving the standardization level of laparoscopic rectal cancer diagnosis and treatment.
