摘　　要：本手术为腹腔镜下低位直肠癌前切除术式,同时使用眄I喙菁绿染色免疫荧光技术。手术视频总长30 min,视频全程无剪辑无加速,基本能反映出手术全程步骤的各个细节,全程手术层次入路标准,几乎无出血。腔镜下操作及缝合动作流畅,手术流程亮点包括保留左结肠动脉、眄I嗥菁绿染色荧光以及减张关闭盆底腹膜。The operation was laparoscopic anterior resection of low rectal cancer with indocyanine green fluorescent.The operation video is 30 minutes.There is no film editing and acceleration in the whole process,which can especially reflect all the details of the whole process of the operation.The operation is basically standard,and there is almost no bleeding.The laparoscsope operation and suture were especially smooth.The highlights of the surgical process included preserving the left colonic artery,indocyanine green fluorescent,and closing the pelvic peritoneum with retention suture method.
