农业经营具有代际传承吗--基于中国社会状况综合调查(CSS2015)数据  

Does Agricultural Management Always Have Intergenerational Succession in Farm Households?--Based on Chinese Social Survey(CSS2015)Data

摘　　要：目前我国农业经营后继乏力,“谁来种地”引发社会广泛关注。在此背景下,利用转型时期社会变迁特点的CSS(2015)数据,运用MPL与IVProbit两步法模型实证分析我国农业经营是否具有代际传承,并揭示传承中存在问题。研究发现,父辈与子辈间存在显著农业经营代际传承,但父母的影响是非平衡的;传承在不同性别子辈,人力资本与家庭农业收入水平中具有异质效果;在区域差异下呈现中部低、东西部高的U型特征,其中存在社会变迁因素;家庭关系与社会歧视也会对农业经营传承产生影响;土地资本在传承中发挥机制作用。因此,从加快培育新型职业农民、健全土地流转制度和完善农村社会服务体系等角度提出优化我国农业经营代际传承的对策建议,以推动小农户与现代农业发展有机融合。Chinese agricultural management had lack of energy to move forward,and"who will do farm work"was aroused widespread concerns in society.In this context,CSS(2015)data with the characteristics of social changes in the transition period,MPL and IV Probit two-step model were used to empirically analyze whether Chinese agricultural management had intergenerational inheritance,and reveal the problems in the succession.The results showed that there were significant positive relationship between the agricultural management of parents and their children,but the influence of parents was not balanced;intergenerational inheritance of agricultural management still existed among children of different genders,and this succession was more obvious at different levels of human capital and family rural income.Due to the influence of social changes,the inheritance presented the U-shaped characteristics of low in the middle,high in the east and west in the regional differences;family relations and social discrimination also had an impact on the intergenerational inheritance of agricultural management;land capital played a mechanism role in the intergenerational inheritance of agricultural management.Finally,the inspiration for optimizing the intergenerational inheritance of agricultural management in China was proposed in the light of the research results.
