摘　　要：生活质量是指不同文化和价值体系中的个体,对目标、期望以及所关心事情相关的生存状况的体验,这一概念已经成为肿瘤患者临床疗效评估方法中不可或缺的组成部分。选择正确的生活质量评估方法,对于完善手术治疗效果分析以及提高患者术后生活质量水平至关重要。本文对结直肠癌患者术后生活质量评估方法的应用现状进行综述,为临床医师在随访和科研工作中选择恰当的评估方法提供参考。Quality of life refers to the experience of individuals in different cultures and value systems on the living conditions related to goals,expectations and concerns.This concept has become an indispensable part of clinical efficacy evaluation methods for cancer patients.It is very important to choose the right QOL assessment method for improving the analysis of surgery and improving the QOL of patients after surgery.In this paper,the application of QOL assessment methods for colorectal cancer patients after operation was reviewed to provide reference for clinicians to choose appropriate assessment methods in follow-up and researches.
