基于Moldflow软件的指纹盒后盖面板的浇口分析及验证

摘　　要：以指纹盒后盖浇口为例,用Moldflow软件分别比较了细水口进胶与大水口进胶两种方案的流动分析和翘曲变形分析。结果表明:大水口进胶充填时间短且流动平衡,注射压力较小,几乎无熔接痕,翘曲变形量较小;设计了细水口进胶和大水口进胶两种模具,经过实际成型验证了大水口进胶方案比较合理,Moldflow软件可以指导模具设计。The flow analysis and warpage analysis on fine nozzle gating and large water inlet gating of the back cover of fingerprint box were carried out by Moldflow software.The results show that the filling time of large water inlet is short with flow balance,whose injection pressure and warpage deformation are small,and no weld line appears.Two kinds of molds of fine nozzle gating and large water inlet gating are designed.The actual molding verifies that the latter scheme is reasonable and Moldflow can be used to guide the mold design.
