摘　　要：以电工行业岗位需求为导向,对电工实训课程进行改革研究与实践。通过专业课程标准与行业职业标准相对接、课程内容与生产任务相对接、课程实施与生产过程相对接、课程评价与岗位能力相对接,培养出符合电工行业岗位需求的生产技能型复合人才,为电力相关专业的学生走向工作岗位奠定扎实的专业基础和工程实践能力。This research is oriented to the needs of the electrical industry,and conducts the research and practice of the reform and construction of the electrical training courses.Through the connection between professional course standards and professional standards,between course contents and production tasks,between course implementation and production process,between course evaluation and post capability,to cultivate the production skill-type compound talents to meet the demand of the post in the electric industry,and to lay a solid professional foundation and engineering practice ability for the students of electric power-related majors to work.
