摘　　要：采用苯酚-硫酸法测定β-葡聚糖凝胶敷料中β-葡聚糖的含量。检测波长为485 nm,β-葡聚糖在0.1~0.9 mg/mL范围内呈良好的线性关系,y=0.0734x-0.00956,r=0.996,平均回收率为95.8%,RSD为2.3%。结果表明,采用苯酚-硫酸法测定β-葡聚糖凝胶敷料中β-葡聚糖简便准确。We used phenol-sulfuric acid method to determined the content ofβ-dextran content in gel dressing.The detection wavelength ofβ-Dextran is 485nm,and its shown a good linear relationship in the range of 0.1~0.9 mg/mL,y=0.0734x-0.00956,r=0.996.The average recovery was 95.8%,and the RSD was 2.3%.The results showed that phenol sulfuric acid method is a simple and accurate method to determineβ-dextran content inβ-dextran gel dressing.
