摘 要:现阶段基于文丘里流量计进行的多相流研究主要集中在气液两相流,针对液液两相流的研究很少,因此研究文丘里流量计内的液液两相流动规律具有重要意义。本文使用ICEM建立合适的物理模型并网格划分,利用Fluent流体仿真软件对不同流量、不同含水率下的流体进行数值模拟,分析比较数值模拟与理论计算之间的差别。结果表明,随着入口含水率的增加,持水率同时增加,但增加的幅度不同。At present,the research on multiphase flow based on venturi flowmeter mainly focuses on gas-liquid two-phase flow,while the research on liquid-liquid two-phase flow is rare.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the liquidliquid two-phase flow in venturi flowmeter.In this paper,ICEM was used to establish an appropriate physical model and mesh division.Fluent fluid simulation software was used to carry out numerical simulation of the fluid under different flow rates and different water content,and the difference between numerical simulation and theoretical calculation was analyzed and compared.The results show that with the increase of the inlet water content,the water retention increases simultaneously.
