摘　　要：下消化道疾病较为常见,其中结直肠癌更位列恶性肿瘤前列,死亡率极高,结肠镜检查是实现早诊、早治的最有效手段,但目前我国内镜筛查阳性率仍较低,尚不足10%,提高结肠镜病变有效检出率,成为当今研究的热点之一。文章对目前几种较为常见且使用率高的结肠镜筛查辅助手段的研究进展进行综述,以及针对不同类型辅助手段的选择、如何选择辅助手段、各辅助手段优势特点等进行归纳和总结,为临床治疗提供参考。Lower gastrointestinal diseases are more common, among which colorectal cancer is more in the forefront of malignant tumors, and the mortality is very high. Colonoscopy is the most effective means to realize early diagnosis and early treatment. However, at present, the positive rate of endoscopic screening in China is still low, less than 10%, improving the effective detection rate of colonoscopic lesions has become one of the hotspots of today’s research. This paper reviews the research progress of several common and highly used auxiliary means of colonoscopy screening, and summarizes the selection of different types of auxiliary means, how to select auxiliary means, and the advantages and characteristics of each auxiliary means, so as to provide reference for clinical treatment.
