摘　　要：功能性消化不良(Functional dyspepsia,FD),是临床常见的功能性胃肠疾病之一,为患者所长期困扰,甚至导致出现了一系列的心理障碍。FD其病位与肝脾两脏有关,文章从"调理气机"的角度去探析现代中医对脾虚肝郁型功能性消化不良的病因及诊治进展,以期为临床诊治提供支持与帮助。Functional dyspepsia(FD) is one of the common clinical functional gastrointestinal diseases, which has been plagued by patients for a long time, and even led to a series of psychological disorders. FD is located in the liver and spleen related to the two organs,this article from the perspective of "regulating qi" to explore the cause and diagnosis of functional dyspepsia of spleen deficiency and liver depression, in order to provide support and help for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
