摘  要:目的对一起新型冠状病毒肺炎(coronavirus disease 2019,COVID-19)家庭聚集性疫情进行流行病学调查分析,为预防控制类似疫情的发生和防止疫情扩散提供经验。方法应用现场流行病学调查方法对该起疫情传染来源、发生及传播过程进行描述分析,采用实时荧光PCR法对采集的呼吸道样本进行新型冠状病毒(SARS-CoV-2)核酸检测,化学发光免疫分析法对血液样本进行SARS-CoV-2抗体检测。结果因家庭成员在出现COVID-19聚集性疫情的医院暴露而感染,进而引起家庭多人感染,指示病例发病且呼吸道样本检测SARS-CoV-2核酸阳性,部分人员表现为无症状感染。结论家庭聚集性SARS-CoV-2传播,老龄感染者症状较重,青壮年感染者临床表现轻微,无症状感染者产生抗体。在COVID-19疫情防控中,SARS-CoV-2核酸和抗体连续检测十分重要。Objective To conduct an epidemiological investigation and analysis of a clustering epidemic of coronavirus disease 2019( COVID-19) so as to provide experience for preventing and controlling occurrence and spread of the similar epidemic.Methods Field epidemiological investigation method was used to describe and analyze source,occurrence and transmission process of the clustering epidemic. Real-time reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction( RT-PCR) assay was performed to detect nucleic acid of SARS-CoV-2 from respiratory tract specimens collected,and chemiluminescence analysis was used to test blood samples for new coronavirus antibodies. Results This clustering epidemic was caused by a case returning home after being infected with COVID-19 in a hospital,and other family members were infected subsequently. Indicated case became ill and the respiratory tract specimens tested positive for the new coronavirus nucleic acid,and other people showed asymptomatic infection.Conclusions Old-age infected persons have severe symptoms in SARS-CoV-2 family clusters,young adults with infection have mild clinical manifestations,while asymptomatic infections develop antibodies. In the prevention and control of the COVID-19 epidemic,continuous detection of SARS-CoV-2 nucleic acid and antibody is very important.
