摘　　要：外科手术是食管鳞癌最重要的治疗手段之一,术后随访是早期发现和治疗复发转移的有效方法,可提高患者的生活质量,改善预后。本共识旨在完善我国的食管鳞癌术后随访方案,为规范随访提供参考,进一步提高我国食管癌规范化诊疗水平。Resection is one of the most important treatments for esophageal squamous cell carcinoma,and routine postoperative follow-up is an effective method for early detection and treatment of recurrent metastases,which can improve patients’quality of life and prognosis.This consensus aims to provide a reference for colleagues responsible for postoperative follow-up of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma patients in China,and further improve the standardization of the diagnosis and treatment of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.
