摘　　要：外科手术是治疗早期食管癌的经典传统方法,也是医学界公认有效的首选方法。随着内镜技术的发展,在早期食管癌的治疗中,保留食管的食管癌综合治疗(以内镜下微创治疗为主要手段)相比于外科手术已经取得了几乎相同甚至在某些方面更优的效果,诸多临床指南也已经推荐将前者作为早期食管癌的首选治疗方法,外科手术治疗食管癌的空间被进一步压缩。本文就胸外科视角下保留食管的食管癌综合治疗模式进行探讨,旨在寻求胸外科在食管癌治疗中的新位置。Surgery is a classic traditional method for the treatment of early-stage esophageal cancer,and it is also recognized as an effective first-choice method in the medical community.With the development of endoscopic technology,esophagus-preserving comprehensive treatment of esophageal cancer has almost the same or even better effects in some aspects in the treatment of early esophageal cancer than surgery.Many clinical guidelines have also recommended it as the first-choice treatment for early esophageal cancer.The room for surgical treatment of esophageal cancer has been further compressed.This article discusses the comprehensive treatment model of esophageal cancer from the perspective of thoracic surgery,aiming to find a new position of thoracic surgery in the treatment of esophageal cancer.
