摘  要:以灵芝、平菇、秀珍菇、茶树菇制备真菌诱导子和金属离子、硝酸铈、氯化镉、茉莉酸甲酯制备化学诱导子,研究了其对法夫酵母生长和新科斯糖合成的影响。结果表明,真菌诱导子对法夫酵母菌体生长、新科斯糖合成有显著促进作用,化学诱导子对生长作用不一致但能促进新科斯糖的合成。灵芝、平菇、秀珍菇、茶树菇诱导子在添加量分别为10,20,5,10 mg/L时生物量最高,分别比对照组提高了12.50%、12.11%、7.81%和7.99%,灵芝、平菇、秀珍菇和茶树菇制备的诱导子在添加量分别为10,30,10,20 mg/L时新科斯糖含量最高,分别比对照提高了11.85%、15.08%、19.03%和9.87%;Mn^(2+)和Zn^(2+)能明显促进细胞生长,增强果糖基转移酶的活性,最佳浓度下,新科斯糖积累量增加了9.56%和5.18%,硝酸铈、氯化镉和茉莉酸甲酯诱导子在添加量分别为0.16,0.12,0.08 mg/L时新科斯糖含量最高,分别比对照组提高了9.97%、14.08%和5.91%。Fungal elicitors prepared by Ganoderma lucidum,Pleurotus ostreatus,Pleurotus geesteranus,Agrocybe aegerita and chemical elicitors prepared by metal ions,cerium nitrate,cadmium chloride,methyl jasmonate are examined to determine their effects on the growth of Xanthophyllomyces dendrorhous and synthesis of neokestose.The results show that the fungal elicitors could significantly promote the growth of Xanthophyllomyces dendrorhous yeast and the synthesis of neokestose,while chemical elicitors have different effects on the growth of Xanthophyllomyces dendrorhous yeast but promote the synthesis of neokestose.The biomass is the highest when the additive amount of Ganoderma lucidum,Pleurotus ostreatus,Pleurotus geesteranus and Agrocybe aegerita elicitors is 10,20,5,10 mg/L,that is 12.50%,12.11%,7.81%and 7.99%higher than that of the control group respectively.The neokestose content is the highest when the additive amount of Ganoderma lucidum,Pleurotus ostreatus,Pleurotus geesteranus and Agrocybe aegerita elicitors is 10,30,10,20 mg/L,that is 11.85%,15.08%,19.03%,9.87%higher than that of the control respectively.Mn^(2+) and Zn^(2+) can significantly promote cell growth and enhance the activity of transfructosylase.Under the optimal concentration,the accumulation of neokestose is increased by 9.56%and 5.18%.The neokestose content is the highest when the additive amount of cerium nitrate,cadmium chloride,methyl jasmonate is 0.16,0.12,0.08 mg/L,that is 9.97%,14.08%,5.91%higher than that of the control group.
