摘 要:快充站是电动汽车(EV)大规模普及情况下的重要建设方向,站内充电设施的利用情况直接决定了充电桩的运营收益。EV充电后期的功率衰减将引起站内慢功率运行的集群效应,影响快充站的整体盈利效率。基于此,根据站内不同的充电设施裕度情况,提出了EV差异化服务费激励机制,引导用户改变自身的充电需求,在保证用户满意度的情况下,提高快充站的经济效益和充电桩利用率,实现快充站服务能力的最大化。基于仿真算例验证了所提自适应动态激励机制能够有效提高快充站的经济效益和用户满意度。Fast charging station is an important construction direction under the large-scale popularization of EVs(Electric Vehicles),and the utilization of charging facilities in the station directly determines the operating income of charging piles.The power attenuation of EVs in the late charging period will cause the cluster effect of slow power operation in the station,which will affect the overall profit efficiency of the fast charging station.Based on this,according to the different margins of charging facilities in the station,the differentiated service fee incentive mechanism of EVs is proposed to guide users to change their charging needs,and to improve both the economic benefit of fast charging station and utilization rate of charging piles while ensuring user satisfaction degree,so as to maximize the service capacity of fast charging station.A simulation example is given to verify that the proposed adaptive dynamic incentive mechanism can effectively improve the economic benefit and user satisfaction degree of the fast charging station.
