摘  要:结构拓扑优化作为一种典型的结构优化方法,其优化的宗旨是根据给定的约束和载荷等条件,采用整体分析技术和优化算法寻求最优的结构分布状态,该方法已经被广泛应用于船舶工程、航空航天和汽车等工程领域。本文以扩张调节片结构为研究对象,以最小化质量和最小化柔度为目标函数,建立相应的结构拓扑优化模型,考虑尺寸、载荷和约束等多因素的影响,在保证结构刚强度的前提下,实现扩张调节片结构的轻量化设计。为了对比结构拓扑优化前后的效果,采用有限元分析软件对其进行结构强度校核,通过位移和等效应力云图来表征拓扑优化效果,并在拓扑优化模型的基础上,采用点阵填充对扩张调节片结构连接处进行结构强化。结果表明,拓扑优化可以有效减小扩张调节片结构的重量,提高其结构刚强度,减小其内部的最大应力,降低其在高应力下出现疲劳失效的概率。Structural topology optimization is a typical structural optimization method,which aims to find the optimal structural distribution state by using the whole analysis technology and optimization algorithm according to the given constraints and loads.This method has been widely used in Marine engineering,aerospace and automotive engineering fields.In this paper,the expansion regulator structure is taken as the research object,the minimization of mass and compliance is taken as the objective function,the corresponding topology optimization model of the structure is established,multiple factors including size,load and constraint are taken into account,the lightweight design of the expansion regulator structure is realized on the premise of ensuring the structural strength.In order to compare the effect of structural topology optimization,the finite element analysis software was used to check the structural strength,the effect of topology optimization was characterized by the displacement and equivalent stress clouds.On the basis of the topology optimization model,the lattice filling was used to strengthen the structure of the expansion regulator.The results show that topology optimization can effectively reduce the weight of the structure,improve the structural strength,reduce the maximum stress in the structure,reduce the probability of fatigue failure under high stress.
